Outreach Coordinator

Overview:

The Community Outreach Coordinator works within an assigned geography to conduct community outreach and support the Dental Practice marketing and strategic plans. The Community Outreach Coordinator executes on aspects of the marketing plan that may include outreach to community leaders, involvement in community events and education of professional referral sources about the program model.

The ideal candidate is an outgoing, high energy, self-motivated individual, with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include:

Demonstrates commitment to company mission, vision and values through professional conduct and individual job performance
Reaches out to the community: Identifies and conducts meetings with community groups and community leaders in key locations
Identifies and participates in key community events
Reviews with supervisor weekly progress against expectations for activities sent by the supervisor
Collaborates with supervisor to understand measurable results and adjust plan in accordance with these results
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Bi-lingual (Spanish/Portuguese) preferred
